Spuds, wild salmon and fancy veg - get in some astaxanthin



The architecture:

Spuds, veg, and salmon centered around some Wicked Wakkamole.
 This minimizes the fork traveling distance :-)

The fractal broccoli with attitude is called romanesco.
To me, it looks like some dino armor.



Possible improvements for the next time:

The salmon could be marinated to minimize AGE.





Seriously, after eating this dish my bicep instantly grew by one inch :-)

  1. The crispy salmon was baked in olive oil for 5 minutes on the skin-side, and then for 1 more minute on the other side. Use high heat.
